D0011 - Stimulator - Orange

The Stimulator Orange is a high-floating dry fly that imitates stoneflies and larger terrestrials like hoppers. Its bright orange body and bushy hackle make it highly visible in fast-moving waters. Best used during the salmonfly and golden stonefly hatches from June to July. This fly is also an excellent attractor pattern during late summer hopper season. Fish it on rivers like the Yellowstone, Gallatin, and Madison for explosive topwater strikes.
