Surgical Tubing

Tough and flexible are the qualities that make "surge tubing" in demand for fishing lure applications. It can be used in a variety of situations. One is on a umbrella rig to simulate a school of baitfish. Another is on the tail hook of a lure like a slab spoon ( think Hopkins style) or a keeled squid. Nordic eel style jig heads with a surge tube tail are long time classics. Cut into ribbons and put on the treble hook of a big diamond jig or Vike style deep jig is another use. Just plain on a hook as a teaser is a possibility too. All around good stuff to have for fishing.
