The Shockwave lipless options like Gold Rush, Fire Tiger, and Oil Slick are built to cover water fast with vibration and rattle, which is useful for active walleyes.
Technique notes
For spoons, use a steady lift-drop or jigging cadence to keep flash moving and trigger follows.
For the lipless baits, cast past the target, let them sink to depth, then use a steady retrieve or lift-and-drop over breaks, rock, and open-water edges.
These are especially useful in colder water, low light, or when fish are holding deeper and you need a reaction strike.
When to switch
Switch to a softer jig-and-bait presentation if walleyes are pressured, finicky, or holding tight to bottom.
If fish are shallow and not responding to vibration, downsize to a more subtle jig.
If you need a more vertical ice-fishing setup, the jig kits in the retrieved set are more relevant than the crankbaits.
