Then, I will explain in detail about the work contents of the overhauperformed at our shop. STEP1⃣ Disassembly/cleaning/inspection ↓ Disassemble the reel with suitable tools. Instead of half-baked disassembly, all parts are completely disassembled and each disassembled part is carefully checked for abnormalities or defects. Completely removes and cleans adhering dirt, dust, oil, and rust.At that time, if there are consumables or parts that need to be replaced, they will be replaced. STEP2⃣ Parts exchange ↓ If there are any parts or consumables that need to be replaced in STEP1, we will replace them. Bearings are consumables. Failure to replace a faulty bearing can lead to other faults. For this reason, at our shop, if there is a defective bearing during work, we will replace it and assemble it. If the bearing replacement does not improve the situation, there is a problem with the gear or other parts, so replace the necessary parts. STEP3⃣ Grease up and oil up ↓ A reel is a precision machine, and grease and oil for a machine are like human blood. Every time I mix and grease up the expensive Japanese grease that fits the reel. The oil is made in Japan, and we will oil up the most popular oil in Japan. STEP4⃣ Assembly, operation check, exterior glass coating Tune and assemble the disassembled parts. It is said that assembling a machine is more difficult than disassembling it, but assembling a reel requires the most nerves, and experience is very important. Once it is assembled, it is thoroughly checked to see if there are any problems with its operation before it is put up for sale.
