Whiplash Factory Swayward Sinking Glide Baits

The Swayward has been an awesome glidebait to fish locally, it's a slow sinking bait that has a wide sweeping pattern when jerked. While these work great for freshwater bass fishing, we've brought in some of the more unique saltwater colors that have worked for Calico bass and halibut, as well as the California exclusive color clear lake hitch for fishing up north! These are a great lure to toss at the wall for calicos, not too big but not too small with a great variety of action depending on your retrieve and tip position. These come with Owner ST-46 2X #1 treble hooks on the front and #2's on the back to maintain the action of the jointed section, while still keeping the great hookup rate with the bigger front hook. We recommend running an extra dropshot weight or sliding egg sinker when fishing for halibut to get them to sink out deeper. These lures are 165mm long and weight 52.5g making them easy to cast even on lighter rods.
