Description

Building off of our original Kooshball Micro Blade design, the Micro PWR Blade is built to suit "power finesse" fishing applications. Featuring a heavier gauge 1/0 2X premium VMC hook, and a stout 40lb snap, and a 5/16oz head weight, the Micro PWR Blade can be fished on standard baitcasting gear if you prefer to do so. The Micro PWR Blade delivers the same premium build quality found in the orginal Kooshball Micro Blade, including precision hand-tied skirts, durable head paint, custom colors, and the dual lead and wire barb bait keeper system. The Micro PWR Blade begins vibrating as soon as you start your retrieve, and our custom blades send vibration that can be felt through your rod tip. Pair the Micro PWR Blade with our 3" Fantail Minnow, 3" Guppy Swimabait, or 2.5" Koosh Craw for best results. The beauty of our Kooshball Micro Blades is their ease of use and incredible action in a true micro profile. There is really no wrong way to fish our Micro Blades, but the most common is a cast and straight retrieve to imitate all kinds of baitfish. Whether your fishing lakes, rivers, or ponds, the Micro PWR Blade will get you numbers of bites and fool even the most wary of pressured bass.

Field Notes

Cast and retrieve to start blade vibration immediately; keep a steady “straight retrieve” to imitate baitfish. Use on standard baitcasting gear and vary retrieve speed to dial in vibration and hook-up rate.

Pros

  • Heavier gauge 1/0 2X VMC hook for better penetration
  • 40 lb snap and stout build for durability
  • Starts vibrating immediately on retrieve; strong blade feel through rod tip
  • Micro-profile “power finesse” action with precision hand-tied skirts and custom colors

Cons

  • Best results depend on matching small trailers/baits (e.g., Fantail Minnow, Guppy Swimabait, Koosh Craw)
  • Primarily a spinner/blade style—less effective if you need a true bottom or slow-sinking presentation
