"DARK KNIGHT" KOOSHBALL MICRO SPIN TANDEM

Building off of our popular Kooshball Micro Jig design, the Micro Spin is a cross between a spinnerbait and the classic beetle spin. The Micro Spin features a fully free-swinging design as the Kooshball jighead is attached to the spinnerbait wire through the eye of the hook in a loop, allowing the head to swing freely on the retrieve. This does a few key things. First and foremost, it allows the bait to be retrieved at any speed without the bait rolling or blowing out like you see on a traditional spinnerbait. You can burn the bait as fast as you like, or slow crawl if you choose to. Also, the free-swinging head will increase your hook-up to land ratio as the fish does not get to use the weight of the bait as leverage to throw the hook. Furthermore, depending on your trailer selection, the bait will be able to rock and roll below the wire on the retrieve, providing secondary action to trigger strikes. We recommend a swimbait trailer like our 3" Guppy Swimbait to achieve this action. In short, the Micro Spin offers all of the benefits of a traditional spinnerbait, without the drawbacks.
