River Rat Thumper--Special Run Color

These two colors just helped Brett Carnright secure a 10K check and a Top 25 finish in the MLF Big 5 Official tournament on West Point lake in Georgia! Working with 9K Elite lures, we created a special run color of our tournament winning RiverRat Spinnerbaits for snatching some of those big pre-spawn females in stained to muddy water. These are Thumper style spinnerbaits that built for slow rolling. This bait moves a ton or water--and there's just something about that orange kicker blade just gets smacked in early Spring! Built on a light wire frame for maximum vibration, this spinnerbait sports a compact profile with a hidden weight system which gives it more balance while coming through cover. Another great feature is the Mustad Ultra point hook and haywire twist on the line tie that makes this spinnerbait much more durable than other spinnerbaits--so it will last fish after fish without bending out. It also gives the spinnerbait a more positive hookset and your line will never slide up the spinnerbait arm which can cost you fish. Finally, the hand tied skirts stay on fish after fish and feature a bleeding belly and just a hint of Flashabou Mirage to help bass zero in on your bait.
