Description

This is a BassLab Collaboration with Gary Scheetz from 9K Elite Lures and was designed to be the ultimate river killer spinnerbait! Built on a light wire frame for maximum vibration, this spinnerbait sports a compact profile with a hidden weight system which gives it more balance while coming through cover. It's just the right size to generate bites and snake through cover with some unique features. First, the hammered turtleback blades deliver the thump of a Colorado and the flash of a Willow but in sneaky subtle way that really fools bass--it's the best of both worlds. Another great feature is the Mustad Ultra point hook and haywire twist on the line tie that makes this spinnerbait much more durable than other spinnerbaits--so it will last fish after fish without bending out. It also gives the spinnerbait a more positive hookset and your line will never slide up the spinnerbait arm which can cost you fish. Finally, the hand tied skirts by 9K Elite in Bass Lab designed colors pulsate with action and stay on fish after fish. The White Lightning color features a bleeding belly and all the colors have just a hint of Flashabou Mirage with that baitfish flash to help bass zero in on your bait! Limited quantities in 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 oz. **Colors listed in order of appearance (left to right, top to bottom)**

It is especially useful when you want a subtle but noticeable spinnerbait presentation.

Pros

  • Light wire frame gives strong vibration
  • Compact profile helps it move through cover
  • Hammered blades provide both thump and flash
  • Hand-tied skirt and durable hook improve longevity

Cons
