This is a trolling-style inshore plug designed to imitate a baitfish profile in saltwater. It’s best used behind a boat or slow-trolled along channels, rips, and edges where predatory inshore fish are feeding. The floating/diving lip helps it track and wobble just under the surface.

Pros

  • Good baitfish imitation for inshore saltwater predators
  • Works well for trolling or steady retrieves
  • High-visibility color pattern

Cons

  • Not ideal for very shallow snaggy water if trolled too deep
  • Less effective if fish are keyed on tiny forage or subtle presentations
