This is a Mirrodine-style inshore plug meant to be cast and retrieved around bait schools, current edges, and shoreline structure. It works well with a steady retrieve or occasional pauses to imitate a wounded baitfish, especially when fish are feeding near the surface or just below it.

Pros

  • Good casting distance for inshore saltwater use
  • Natural baitfish profile for predatory species
  • Versatile retrieve with pause-and-go action

Cons

  • Not ideal for deep water presentations
  • Can be less effective in heavy vegetation or very rough water
