This is a “Fur Jig.” It drops FAST and is considered a bottom-hugger. The Mississippi Missile is especially effective on sand, gravel or mud flats. It was tested the summer / fall of 2017 with great results! Slowly dragged across the bottom may be its best presentation. The head is football shaped with 3D eyes. The hook is Mustad’s Premium Needle Point with a Black Nickel Finish. It is called a “Flat Eye Hook” with standard wire.
