Metal Lips - Lefty 2 ~ Danny Hybrid

We were trying to find a quality metal shop to make plug lips for more than five years. Finally, we found a shop with the machines, ability, and willingness to work with us, which is where we get our "365 LureCraft" branded lips. All of those are manufactured to our specifications. But recently we’ve also found a couple of smaller manufacturers willing to make a variety of metal lips in smaller quantities. This listing you’re looking at now is one of those small run products. These are basically copies of older model lips, like the ones sold by the old M&D Outfitters shop and others. Quality is very good, but we were not involved in the design process. We’ll provide as many details as possible here, but please let us know if you’ve got any questions. The names for these lips were provided by the metal shop, so a couple of them might be a little obscure. This lip you see here is a “Lefty 2 / Danny Hybrid” (flat stamped dimensions are identical to the Lefty 2, but with a sharper angle on the bottom bend). This Lefty 2 /Danny Hybrid measures 1 1/16” wide at it’s widest point. The bottom semi-circle measures 7/8” tall, with a flat face 9/16” tall. The wire slot is centered horizontally and high on the face, located 1/8” from the top bend. Stamped from 0.0256” thick stainless. Assuming we didn’t make a mistake on the math, all of our components are priced to be slightly cheaper per unit, the larger the quantity pack you purchase.
