Butt-Ringer

This flavour got its name because when first tested in the 1980’s the carp really loved it and lots of bites ensued, causing the bobbin to crash into the butt-ring of the rod! The base of this flavour blend is our classic Dairy Cream flavour with a measured amount of a Phenylpropene aroma chemical called Iso Eugenol. This is a very effective cold water flavour and may be incorporated in a wide range of seedy type or HNV base mixes to great effect. Dose: 3-4ml per-six-egg-mix or per 500gms.
