Fall Trout Opener Axehead Lake IL 10/21/2023
The fish were bunched up at this corner of Axehead Lake therefore everyone was shoulder to shoulder. Casting a small rooster tails and #1 Aglia Mepps worked for me. I went back a few days later and the lake was fished out.
