2024 Illinois Spring Trout Opener
The Spring Trout opener was tuff this year at Axehead and Belleau Lake. I started casting 1/8th oz spinners and then noticed trout jumping in the middle of the lake. Went back to get a 1/2 oz Kastmaster to be able to cast to the center of the lake. Hopefully you guys had better luck then I did.
