The ribbed shank on this jig was specifcally designed and tested for use with plastics to help prevent the plastics from splitting. The finished eye socket is .28" ( So a 1/4" or 7mm eye will fit ) This mold is precision machined out of 6061 Aluminum, and will last for years!
