Complete dual 10 oz / 296 ml each injector makes 20 oz or 592ml Injector block with handle. The sprue size is 5/8" to fit most molds. The injector block has larger size holes for less back pressure. Caps have locking pins so they don't fall off. Remove the clamp that holds the injectors together and now you have 2 10 oz injectors. I am including the "T" handle and push rod to convert back to single injectors. Plus 3 extra O-rings. Everything comes apart in seconds. Everything included is in the pictures. Made out of 6061 Aluminum. There are three rubber sealing rings. 1 is on the cap and the piston has 2 high temp o-rings for long lasting use and to prevent plastisol from leaking as well as to create more pressure during pumping. Cap has a pin locked into tube and will not fall out when injecting (See picture). Volume: 296 ml (10 US Fluid Ounce). This volume is a perfect for large size or mulitable molds at once. it's light and easy to operate with. Injection port: 5/8" with a 3/8 injection hole. This diameter has become a standard over the years for soft plastic bait injectors. It's an optimal size to create targeted pressurized plastisol flow. More sizes will be available soon.
