Field Notes

Cast and retrieve the skirted jig along structure or cover, using short hops and pauses to let the silicone skirt and hook settle naturally. If equipped with rattles, keep the jig moving enough to maintain vibration, then pause to trigger strikes. Works well when fish are holding mid-water near bottom or around weeds/rocks.

Pros

  • Chip-resistant cured paint with epoxy top coat for durability
  • 3D eyes for lifelike appearance
  • Thick silicone skirting in standard/custom patterns
  • Optional rattles for added attraction

Cons

  • Paint/skirt coloring may vary from jig to jig
  • Rattle count depends on selected size/option
  • Hook size requests are limited by mold acceptance
