This is a skirted offshore trolling lure designed to be pulled behind the boat at trolling speeds. It is best used in open water for pelagic species, especially when targeting fish feeding near the surface or in the upper water column. The large skirt and head profile are meant to create flash, commotion, and a strong swimming action.
