Description
Pink tippet was pioneered in salt water where it quickly gained a reputation for giving anglers an advantage when targeting ultra-picky fish. Why pink? Red is the first color to disappear in the water and pink is the lightest shade of red, making it virtually invisible under the surface. When standard fluorocarbon gets abraded or nicked, it creates refractions that are visible to trout. The pink additive significantly decreases this effect, adding to its invisibility.
