I'm Not and Outdoorsman, This Knife is MY Favorite! So I am not a hunter or a fisherman, I don't play one on TV nor do I pretend to be one. What I am is a home chef and love to smoke and BBQ. I have never found knives that blow me away no matter what I spent on them. I own Zwilling Pro's, Lamsons, Dexter,-Russells and CUTCO. I hate to say the CUTCO's have always been a nice knife. I have been disappointed in all my knives because they just didn't perform the way I was hoping. This Ugly Stick has out performed all of those and I am shopping for more Ugly Stik's to add to my kitchen knives! WAY TO GO UGLY STIK!
