Description

A genuine cod stopper in a realistic frog profile, with ZMan 4" Hard Leg FrogZ trailer. FroggerZ Snr Spinnerbaits weigh 3/4oz and are built tough for taking on Murray cod, while also finding themselves in the mouths of other large fresh and saltwater predators. These cod tough spinnerbaits feature a realistic, hand-painted frog profile, teamed up with a 10X Tough ZMan 4" Hard Leg FrogZ trailer and double Colorado blades for plenty of flash, vibration, and a frog leg thump in the water. Other features of these quality spinnerbaits include 3D eyes, quality silicone skirt, bright gold-finish (brass) and nickel-plated blades, heavy-duty stainless steel wire frame, heavy duty hook and included stinger hook. Of course, there's also that crazy leg action of a 10X Tough 4" ZMan Hard Leg FrogZ trailer in a colour to compliment the overall lure. Throughout the R&D process the FroggerZ Snr produced on the cod when other lures wouldn't raise a scale and it's gone on to catch many trophy fish. Cod on!

Field Notes

Use this around cover, structure, and edges where Murray cod and other big predators are feeding. The double Colorado blades add strong flash and vibration, while the frog profile and kicking trailer make it a good choice when you want to call fish up from a distance. It is especially suited to slow-rolling or steady casting retrieves that let the blades thump and the trailer work.

Pros

  • Strong flash and vibration from double Colorado blades
  • Realistic frog profile with kicking trailer
  • Heavy-duty build for large predators

Cons

  • Bulky profile may be less subtle in clear water
  • Best suited to larger fish and heavier tackle
