This is a large pike fly designed to imitate a baitfish or fleeing prey with a big profile and lots of movement. Use it with a fly rod or other suitable heavy tackle around weed edges, open water, and shallow cover where pike are hunting. The optional rattle can help in dirty water or low-light conditions.
