Description

The FITT STONE CATTIE, often replicated, never duplicated! "Oh check it out, a baby catfish" is a very popular first reaction when seeing a stone cattie for the fist time. Smallmouth bass consider the stone catfish (mad- tom) a delicacy and feed on them whenever they are present. These 3" stone catties feature one and two-color laminated bodies as stone cat colors vary in different bodies of water throughout the country. This specialty soft-bait has a circular spot directly behind the dorsal fin for the hook point exit for easy and exact rigging every time. We found what works best is either our 1/8 oz. & 3/16 oz. stand-up jigs, and football heads with or without a rock guard. (shown below) Both present the bait with a tail high profile which gives the tail a lifelike, moving presentation in current. This is a very popular and productive lure and as soon as you put one in our hand, you will know why. It does exactly what you think it does and bass love them. Fish them slow and have your camera ready! Size - 3" Pack of 8
