This is a salmon/steelhead streamer-style fly meant to imitate baitfish and trigger aggressive strikes. Fish it on a swing, strip retrieve, or dead-drift with an occasional twitch in rivers and tailouts where migratory fish hold. It is especially useful when fish are keyed on minnows or reacting to larger profile flies.
