This is a blade bait style lure used for active presentations around baitfish and deeper holding fish. It works best with a lift-drop or steady retrieve, especially when fish are keyed on shad and reacting to vibration.

Pros

  • Treble hooks can snag in heavy cover
  • Not ideal for very slow, dead-sticked presentations
