This is a skirted offshore trolling lure designed to be pulled behind the boat at trolling speeds. Use it in open water for tuna, mahi, or other pelagic species, especially when fish are feeding near the surface or in the upper water column. It can also be run in a spread as a teaser-style lure to add flash and profile.
