Choose your size(3 options) from the drop down menu. It automatically is set on 1/4 so if you don’t choose a size you’ll get 1/4 The Saginaw Slammers are poured, painted, and packaged right here in Bridgeport Michigan. They are powder coated and baked so they won’t chip! The fins are put on with UV resin and are much stronger than standard baits of this style. They come with a #8 VMC treble hook. 1/4 ounce are 1 3/4 inches long: They’re small but are perfect for Saginaw Bay walleye. The hook is a #8 which is bigger than normal baits this size but needed when targeting Saginaw Bay walleye 1/2 ounce are 2 1/4 inches long: Perfect size for the Saginaw River 99% of the time but a lot of ice anglers like this size on the bay also 3/4 ounce are 3 inches long: Great for when the current is stronger. Field Notes

A compact walleye jig/blade-style lure built for Saginaw Bay and river fishing. Use it for casting or vertical presentations in current, and the glow/high-contrast colors make it a strong option in low light or stained water. The heavier sizes are better when current is stronger or when you want a faster drop.

Pros

  • Powder-coated and baked finish resists chipping
  • UV resin fins add durability
  • Strong #8 VMC treble hook
  • Multiple sizes for bay, river, and current

Cons

  • Small profile may be less visible in very dirty water without glow
  • Treble hook can snag more easily around rocks or weeds
