Choose your size(3 options) from the drop down menu. It automatically is set on 1/4 so if you don’t choose a size you’ll get 1/4 The Saginaw Slammers are poured, painted, and packaged right here in Bridgeport Michigan. They are powder coated and baked so they won’t chip! The fins are put on with UV resin and are much stronger than standard baits of this style. They come with a #8 VMC treble hook. 1/4 ounce are 1 3/4 inches long: They’re small but are perfect for Saginaw Bay walleye. The hook is a #8 which is bigger than normal baits this size but needed when targeting Saginaw Bay walleye 1/2 ounce are 2 1/4 inches long: Perfect size for the Saginaw River 99% of the time but a lot of ice anglers like this size on the bay also 3/4 ounce are 3 inches long: Great for when the current is stronger. Field Notes

A compact walleye jig for casting or vertical presentations, especially in Saginaw Bay and river current. The 1/4 oz size is suited to lighter current and smaller-profile presentations, while the heavier sizes handle stronger flow and longer casts.

Pros

  • Powder-coated and baked finish resists chipping
  • UV-resin fins add durability
  • Available in multiple sizes for different current and casting needs

Cons

  • Small size may be too light for strong current
  • Treble-hook design can snag more easily than single-hook jigs
