Description

As the name suggests, Still Shad makes no sound as the hooks hit the body that is made of soft plastic, ensuring the fish won’t be cautious because of sounds. It’s designed to create not too strong vibration when used by a slow or medium speed retrieve, which is effective for the wary Mebaru. By slow-retrieving, it works well at any time, but also it’d be best used by medium-retrieving if high activity can be seen or if you fish for Kamasu (small kind of barracuda). Fish Still Shad when you fish aggressively, and Still Pencil for the scenarios when fish are inactive.

Use Still Shad on a slow to medium retrieve to generate subtle vibration with minimal noise. It’s especially useful when fish are wary or inactive, and can be worked aggressively when you need more action.

Pros

  • Creates subtle vibration on slow/medium retrieves
  • Effective for wary, sound-sensitive fish

Cons
