RIO's King Hoo Fly

Forget the cliché -- big fish, like stripers, roosters, albies, snook, and tarpon, sometimes like small flies. In fact, much of their diet is based on the migrations and availability of little baits, like bay anchovies, sand eels, sardina, pinfish and peanut bunker.
