RIO's Hogan Amber Wing Dictator

This fly came as an evolution of the Amber Wing Prince and Dark Lord as well as the Birds Nest and Hares Ear. It works great as a caddis attractor and general attractors. For me it came to be guiding on the Lower Sac and Lower Yuba for trout. I like it in sizes 14-16 during most caddis hatches and even down to 18 for some of the smaller caddis.
