Field Notes

This is a small topwater plug with a prop-style tail, best worked on the surface around calm water or light chop. Cast it near cover and retrieve steadily or with short pauses to make the prop blades flash and sputter. It is a good choice when bass are feeding shallow and reacting to surface disturbance.
