This is a pre-rigged spinner harness with a soft curl-tail body, designed to be trolled or cast slowly for fish that key on vibration and flash. It works well behind a bottom bouncer or on a slow retrieve in open water and along structure, especially when you want a ready-to-fish crawler-style presentation without tying your own rig.
