Terrible Customer Support I purchased the last REVO SX 30 from a reputable establishment (display item) which initially didn't have the handle assembly attached. The sales person took one from another reel put it on for me and I thought that was good enough. Well that handle fell off and I reached out to Abu Garcia directly for assistance. After months of emails & terrible interpretation or translation, I simply have had to stop wishing for assistance. There's no U.S. support for the item purchased and will have to look elsewhere for future purchases. I've been a longtime fan but support was never needed until my most recent purchase.
