Designed for baits in the 10-15cm (4-6 in) length range including pilchards and small garfish (ballyhoo), it is strong, easy to use, fast to re-bait and incredibly effective when it comes to fishing for pelagic species. Our Slim Reaper (with hooks and hardware), comes with: 1x Slim Reaper Rig (choice of head colour; pink, pearl white, clear with silver fleck, orange, blue with silver fleck and transparent red) 1x Pink Tinsel-style Skirt on a 60lb crimped Multi Strand Stainless Steel Wire Trace 1x J-hook linked to a Size 4 Treble Hook via split ring and swivel The Slim Reaper will bring your dead bait back to life. The unique design creates a hyper realistic swimming motion that is highly consistent. Its most effective operating range is 2-4 knots (3.5-7.5 km/h) which makes it ideal for trolling behind kayaks, jet skis and boats. Faster speeds are possible but the longevity of the bait can be compromised as a result. The small head and bib provide a discreet design, ideal for when the pelagic fish are finicky or picky. Despite the plastic construction of the head, the 2mm thick stainless steel through rod will keep you attached to the fish after hookup, no matter how hard the fight.
