PMX (3-Pack)

The Parachute Madame X (aka PMX) is an attractor that is one of the highest floating and most visible flies out there. This allows it to easily support tungsten weighted nymphs as the anchor of a dry-dropper setup. Its thin profile and rubber legs effectively mimics large stoneflies (golden stones, skwalas, etc.), grasshoppers, and other terrestrials. The PMX is a confidence fly on western trout waters from early spring through fall and an especially good choice tie on first during warm summer days when you know the fish will be looking up.
