This is a trolling flasher/blade used to add flash and vibration ahead of a bait or lure. It is best pulled at steady speed in offshore water to attract tuna, salmon, or other pelagic fish, especially when fish are keyed on bait schools. The UV and glow finish can help in low-light or deeper water situations.
