Field Notes

Best for trout in rivers and streams when fish are looking up near the surface. Cast upstream or across current and retrieve steadily with pauses so the floating balsa body can drift and wobble naturally. The insect profile is useful around banks, seams, and calmer pockets where trout feed on beetles and other terrestrials.
