This is a trout streamer tied woolly-bugger style for fishing smallwaters and large reservoirs. Cast it out on a floating or intermediate line and strip it back to imitate a swimming baitfish or damsel nymph. It’s a good choice when trout are feeding below the surface and you want an active retrieve.
