Gearing is broken out of the container Receive this as a gift. Noticed when I was putting line on that there was a catch in the gearing internally. Went to pull it apart to see if it was just grease that was needed. One of these screws would not even come out to service the gears. Sent in the warranty information. They asked for a receipt, of course I don't have one because it's a gift. In addition to that, they want me to ship the reel back and that will cost about half as much as what this thing is worth $23.97 at Bass Pro for the Abu Garcia Max X Spinning Reel MAXXSP20. I don't know what's going on with the quality control at Abu, but I've had 3 Revo baitcasters have failures and now this spinning right out of the box. I didn't ask for any of these issues, but it seems like I continually have to pay for it.
