Description
April marks the return of some semblance of fly fishing normalcy. As the ice melt, and before runoff starts, make sure some March Browns are in your fly box. From the high country to the tailwaters these flies will catch trout hungry from a winter of eating tiny midges to survive. This pattern is also a great imitation for drakes and other large mayflies.
