Description
The Lightning Bug is a flashy, holographic nymph primarily used for prospecting for trout. It doesn't imitate anything in particular, but its silhouette could be mistaken for a mayfly or stonefly nymph. It does a great job of being flashy and getting noticed. We like to include the Lightning Bug nymph as a dropper in our dry-dropper rigs trailing below a Morrish Hopper or a Streambank Hopper. Silver bead and tinsel body. The body is cross wrapped with silver wire for added durability.
