Produces a tight roll between 1 1/2 to 4 mph without any appreciable change in it's tail "swoop" action. All Flashers come with 2 Ball Bearings Swivels and welded Nickel/Silver Rings. This is a trolling flasher/attractor designed to create flash and a tight rolling action behind the boat. It is used at trolling speeds around 1.5 to 4 mph to imitate feeding fish and draw strikes from gamefish following a bait or lure spread.
