Jiggy Knuckle Dragger

A heavy jig nymph for imitating stonefly nymphs and large mayfly nymphs such as the green drake. You could fish this in the weeks leading up to the hatch in the spring months. I like to fish this tandem with a soft hackled wet fly trailing behind or tied above. That way both flies get to the feeding depth quickly and you're matching two lifecycles at once. Barbless jig hook. Tungsten bead for a fast sink rate. Segmented rubber legs. Green soft hackle collar.
