Ice-Translucent 15 mm is the modern version of the classic Ice Chenille that we have been producing since 1975. This new version is primarily optimized for tying Blobs and Boobies and has the unique feature of creating a gelatinous effect on the fly when in water. It can also be used in a multitude of flies, both for saltwater and stillwater, a field in which the classic Ice Chenille excels. The thermofusible bonding core, made with cutting-edge materials, is very thin yet robust. This allows for tying on small hooks or creating bicolor or tricolor effects, even in combination with other chenilles, as it does not thicken the body of the fly. - 2-meter package - 15 mm. fibers
