The center hub features a tin-rich lead core for stable tracking, encased in a tough thermoplastic polymer outer shell built to withstand corrosion and reduce lead fatigue. Unlike traditional frames, the HYDRO’s fully welded, closed-loop center ring virtually eliminates pull-out failure points even under extreme drag. Each arm is interlocked, welded, and cast directly into the core, forming a rock-solid structure that extends the lifespan and reduces twist, slip, and failure.
