It incorporates design concepts of our Poison Peanut Heads, Football Heads and a traditional Arky Jig, and fuses them into something completely different. The curved leading edge makes it superior in both rock and wood. The hook is a stout, modern Mustad 5/0 spun into the head in a very specific fashion to impact energy transfer to improve hooksets. It has integrated skirt collar which flares the skirt and an integrated spar to hold plastics. No pins or coils to break or bend when pushing on trailers. The weed guard geometry makes it come through cover sans hangups without becoming a "fish guard" in the process. This variant has some old school mojo in the form of a hand tied living rubber skirt for improved action. We tie it up with braid, not wire (because wires corrode) and thread loosens or rots with extended use or UV exposure.
