The Hot Head Rainbow Jig - from Barbless Flies Another nymph from the competition scene, a Czech style nymph, fantastic for both Grayling and Trout in coloured water. A classic tungsten nymph pattern that is very successful in early-season, especially when you're faced with faster/deeper water. This fly is only available in sizes 12, 14 & 16. All tied on VMC 7077 barbless jig hooks. Specifications for this pattern are: Size 12: Bead Size: 3.6mm, Weight 0.41g Size 14: Bead Size: 3.6mm, Weight 0.38g Size 16: Bead Size: 3.2mm, Weight 0.25g These are very high-quality flies tied on high-quality barbless VMC hooks and are only available individually in sizes 12, 14 & 16.
